John Crider

John Crider, 68, of Macon, Georgia died Saturday, July 26, 2014. He was born January 4, 1946. John was a devoted member of the Happy Hour Twelve-Step Support Group. He spent countless hours in service to fellow members and to those seeking a place of refuge. John was a warm, delightful and loyal friend to all that knew him. In honor of John, the Happy Hour Group will hold a memorial service in the Fellowship Hall of First Christian Church on Friday, August 1, at 7 P.M. John is survived by his wife, Cheryl Crider of Macon; children, Renee Doolittle and John Crider, both of Panama City, Florida; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; stepson, Joey Tayne of Florida; five step-grandchildren and one step-great-grandchild; sister-in-law, Kathy Barlow of Macon.
