Joel Dean, 73, died Sunday, March 17, 2013. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at 11:00AM in the Chapel of Hart's Mortuary, Cherry Street. Burial will be private. The family will greet friends on Tuesday from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to United Hospice, 6060 Lakeside Commons Drive, Macon, Georgia 31210. Mr. Dean was predeceased by his parents, one brother and two sisters. Mr. Dean is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Dean; stepdaughter, Tammy Myers (James); brothers, Buddy Dean (Gladys) and J. M.
