Joe Carroll

Lake Sinclair- Joe Carroll passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2009. Memorial services will be held Saturday, August 1, 2009 at 2:00PM in the Chapel of Hart's Mortuary, Cherry Street. Dr. John Gibson will officiate. Visitation will be held from 12:00PM until 2:00PM on Saturday at Hart's. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 4406, Macon, GA 31208. The family may be contacted at 107 Ford Road, Eatonton, GA. Joe was retired from the Georgia Department of Transportation and Moreland Altobelli and Associates where he worked as an engineer. He was a member of the Macon Motor Boat Club and he loved Lake Sinclair. Joe loved his family, friends and his yard. Joe is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Lori and Craig Moye of Lake Sinclair; sister, Kathy Malone (Murray) of Milledgeville; niece, Cherie Gunn (Kevin) of Milledgeville; nephew, Josh Malone of Milledgeville; great-niece, Kaitlyn Gunn of Milledgeville.
