Jo Ann Ross Nystrom

Jo Ann Ross Nystrom died Friday, November 8, 2013. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be made to First Presbyterian Church, 682 Mulberry Street, Macon, Georgia 31201. Mrs. Nystrom, daughter of the late Chester F. Ross and the late Edna Moore Ross, was a graduate of A. L. Miller Senior High for Girls. She was employed by Industrial Mine and Pipe Supply. Mrs. Nystrom was an avid Georgia Bulldog and Atlanta Braves fan and loved spending every summer at her beach home in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. She was a loyal and active member of the national and local Republican Party and a member of Brick Yard at Riverside. Mrs. Nystrom was predeceased by a son, Mike Nystrom. Mrs. Nystrom is survived by her husband of fifty years, Bob Nystrom; son, Scott Nystrom; daughters-in-law, Cynthia Nystrom and DeDee Nystrom; grandchildren, Kaley and Carter, children of Scott and Cynthia, and Jessica, daughter of Mike and DeDee.
