Jimmie Lee Windham

Ms. Jimmie Windham went to be with our Heavenly Father on September 18, 2017. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at 2:00PM at Hart's at the Cupola, with Rev. Len Woodard and Eddie Windham officiating. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service from 1:00PM-2:00PM at Hart's at the Cupola. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to New Salem Baptist Church, 183 Salem Church-Miller Road, Gray, GA 31032. Mrs. Jimmie was born in Pearson, Georgia on April 24, 1935 to the late James Harrell Sweat and Kathryn Register Sweat. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Windham, Sr. Ms. Jimmie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who loved her family, church, cooking, and friends. Mrs. Jimmie is survived by her children, Ann (Don) McDaniel; Eddie (Patricia) Windham; Bob (Dari) Windham; 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 4 sisters; 1 brother; and several nieces and nephews.
