Jessie R. "Buck" Frost, Sr.

Jessie R. "Buck" Frost, Sr., 93, of Byron, passed away January 14, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM Friday, January 19, 2018 at Hart's at the Cupola, 6324 Peake Road, Macon, Georgia 31210 with Reverend Tom Black officiating. The family will greet friends immediately following the service. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Pine Pointe Hospice, 6261 Peake Road, Macon, Georgia 31210. Mr. Frost was a member of Marshall A. Weir and a 32nd degree Mason. He was also a member of New Elim Baptist Church. Every day at 5:30, he could be found with his friends at S & S Cafeteria on Eisenhower Parkway. Mr. Frost was the widower of Clarice Simpson Frost and was the son of the late Eben R. Frost and Leila Irene Alford Frost. He was also predeceased by grandchildren, Shelli Stokes and Joshua Levi Frost, and siblings, Glenn Frost, Mildred Shepard, Ray Frost, Fred Frost, Frances Frost and Reuben Frost. Mr. Frost is survived by son, Randy Frost of Musella, Georgia; daughter, Rhonda Hamm (Curtis) of Juliette, Georgia; son, Ron "Rusty" Frost (Tracy) of Byron, Georgia; grandchildren, Jessie Allison Frost of Longmont, Colorado, Brandi Marie Copeland (Scott) of St. Johns, Florida, Denni Renee Greenhalgh of Macon, Jennifer Hamm Roberts (John) of Suches, Georgia, Jeremy Tully Hamm (Kate) of London, Canada, Conner Austin Frost of Byron, Georgia, and Lindsey Kelly Frost of Byron, Georgia; and 12 great-grandchildren. Hart's at the Cupola has charge of the arrangements.
