Macon- Jeannette Ard White, 73, passed away Friday, March 4, 2011. Funeral services will be held Monday, March 7, 2011, at 3:00PM, in the chapel of Hart's Mortuary on Cherry Street. The Reverend Cory Maurer will officiate. Burial will be at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Monday. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38215. Mrs. White was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She retired from Macon Machine Inc. after over 45 years as their Corporate Secretary. Mrs. White was preceded in death by her son and daughter in law, Ricky and Fayth White, brother, Howell Ard, and sister, Gloria Kitchens. Survivors: Husband of 56 years, Royace "Buddy" White; Son, Randy White; Daughter, Judy (Buddy) Brown; Daughter, Jan Newman (Todd Fullmore); Daughter, Jean Maurer; Son, Rusty (Dawn) White; Mother in law, Mary White; 16 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
