Jeanie Swan

Norcross, GA - Jeanie Swan, 71, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday, November 12, 2011. Jeanie was born and grew up in Evanston, Illinois. She later moved to Hereford, Texas and then to Altamonte Springs, Florida, before finally settling in Norcross, Georgia. Jeanie was the daughter of Harriet Sandberg Drever and Thomas Maxwell Drever. She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Swan Bowker and her husband Todd, of Canton, Georgia; her daughter Emily Swan Gilchrist and her husband Pinkney, of Macon, Georgia; and five grandchildren, Matthew and Alex Bowker, Pinkney, Max, and Audrey Gilchrist. Jeanie dearly loved her pets. She always had a bird feeder in the yard and never neglected a stray.
