Jeanette Miller

Jeanette Miller, 76, of Gray, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Tuesday, August 3, 2021.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church with the Reverend Randy Darnell officiating.  The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service.  She will be laid to rest at Pace-Whidby Cemetery, Gray, Georgia.

Daughter of the late William and Velma Whitehead, Ms. Miller was born in Macon, Georgia and spent the last 50 years in Jones County.  She retired from the Georgia Academy for the Blind.  Ms. Miller was preceded in death by her son, Paul David Butts.

Ms. Miller is survived by her son, Grady Miller (Liz) of Gray; Bill Miller; sisters, Carole Godfrey, Gena Wood (Jim); multiple nieces and nephews; and her dog, Molly.
