Jeanelle Arnette Darity

Jeanelle Arnette Darity, of Macon, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, August 5, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 11:30AM on Monday, August 11, 2014 at Hart's at the Cupola with Dr. Mark Hudgins officiating. The family will receive visitors beginning at 11:00AM on Monday at the funeral home. A private interment will follow at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Milledgeville, Georgia. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Tabernacle Baptist Church, 6611 Zebulon Road, Macon, Georgia 31210 or to Mount de Sales Academy, 851 Orange Street, Macon, Georgia 31201. Mrs. Darity retired from Southern Bell Telephone Company after thirty years of service. She was a member of The Macon Pioneers. She attended Bull Street Baptist Church in Savannah, Georgia and was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church in Macon, Georgia. Mrs. Darity is survived by daughters, Donna (Van) Hale and Susan (Lee) Massey, both of Macon, Georgia, Terri (Perry) Floros of Ventura, California and son, Frank Darity of Macon, Georgia; eight grandchildren, Leigh Ann (Kevin) Delarios of Agoura Hills, California and Elizabeth Floros of Ventura, California, Cody (Caroline) Hale of Athens, Georgia , Benjamin (Courtney) Hale of Asheville, North Carolina, Pierce (Katie) Hale of Marietta, Georgia, Justin (Christa) Massey of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Kyle Massey and Jake Massey, both of Macon, Georgia and eleven great-grandchildren.
