Jean Laverne Corbett

Jean Laverne Corbett, 76, died on Wednesday, October 31, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 2:30PM on Sunday, November 4, 2012 at First Baptist Church, with the Reverend Jody Long officiating. Burial is private. Family will greet friends between 2:00-2:30PM in the sanctuary before the service. Ms. Corbett was a member of First Baptist Church. She was retired from Avis of Vineville. Ms. Corbett was a good mother. She was the daughter of the late Waldo Mixon and the late Ella Lott Mixon. She was predeceased by a son, Alton Corbett. Survivors include two sons, Glynn Thomas Corbett of Dublin, and Michael James Corbett of Macon; three grandchildren, Sarah Corbett, Anna Corbett, and Josh Corbett; one great grandchild, A.J.
