Mrs. Underwood was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-one years, Roy Underwood. She is survived by her children, Howard Underwood, Leonard Underwood and Brenda Underwood; five grandchildren, Len Underwood, Cathy Underwood DeLong, Brian Underwood, Kristie Vaughn and Josh Mixon; brother and sister-in-law, R.
