Jane Harris Rouse

Macon- Jane Harris Rouse died Thursday, July 20, 1011. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2011 at 11:00AM at Riverside Cemetery (North Gate) with the Reverend Josh Bizzell officiating. The family may be contacted at 825 Forest Lake Drive, South. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Ingleside United Methodist Church, 3187 Ridge Avenue, Macon, Georgia 31204. Mrs. Rouse was the daughter of the late Millard and Alma Harris and the wife of the late Richard Baxter Rouse. She was predeceased by her sister, Peggy Bollinger. Mrs. Rouse was a member of Ingleside United Methodist Church. She worked for many years as a dental hygienist for Doctors Strawn and Hall. Mrs. Rouse is survived her sister and brother-in-law, Milly and Tommie Lewis; nieces, Lynne Bollinger of Duluth and Susan B. Clayton of Huntsville, Alabama; nephews, Chic Lewis of Madison, Andy Lewis of Sharpsburg and Tim Lewis of Macon and several great-nieces and great-nephews. Register online at www.hartsmort.com.
