Jane Smith Carithers

Jane Smith Carithers went to be with the Lord on May 30, 2014. A memorial service will be held Sunday, June 1, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Hart's Mortuary, Cherry Street. Pastor Danny Munday will officiate. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Pine Pointe Hospice and Palliative Care. The family is very thankful for their help and support in Jane's final days with us. Born in Macon, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Woodrow and Rubye Bowman Smith. She is survived by her beloved husband of 31 years, George Carithers. Her sons, Robert Childres, Chris and Michael (Rachel) Carithers. Her daughters, Vicki(Michael) Freeman, Tracey (Chris) Monile, and Kelly (Clint) Eaves. Her Grandsons, Chistopher, Connor, and Anthony Monile, Tucker, Cooper, and Asher Eaves. Her granddaughters, Parker Freeman, Michelle Monile, Beka Eaves and Bella Little. Her sisters, Faye( Gus) Grumbine, Gail (Richard Maples) Smith and Delma (Charles) Moore. Her Brother, Harold T.
