James David Seales

James David Seales, 70, of Gray, died Sunday, March 14, 2021. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, March 19, 2021, at the Hart’s Mortuary, Jones County Chapel, with the Reverend Bobby Weatherford officiating.

Son of the late James Henry and Mary Evelyn Bell Seales, Mr. Seales was a retired welder in the kaolin industry.  He loved his wife and he loved riding his motorcycle, a Harley Davidson.  Mr. Seales was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Ann Woodburn Seales and sister, Betty Jo Alva.

Mr. Seales is survived by his children, Tracy Ann (Robert) Banknell of Warner Robins, Teresa Evelyn (Randy) Hall of Macon, and Jason David Seales of Gray; grandchildren, Stephanie Spires, Trey Seales, Tommie Hill, T’mere Hill, Micah Seales, Leanna Seales, and Jason Seales Jr.; sisters, Marie Grossman, Peggy Miranda, and Gail Childers (Glen); and brothers, Jimmy Seales (Loretta) and Frankie Seales.
