James C. Post passed away on March 6, 2016. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2015 at 11:00AM at Wheeler Cemetery, Hwy. 11, Gray, GA 31032 with the Reverend Tommy Freeman officiating. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2015 from 4:00PM-6:00PM at Hart's Mortuary, Jones County Chapel, 307 Pecan Lane, Gray, GA 31032. Flowers will be accepted and donations may be made to Pine Pointe Hospice, 6261 Peake Rd., Macon, GA 31210. James is predeceased by his parents, Davis and Jewel Post; and stepmother Eunice Post. He was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church and served in the United States Marine Corps. He loved airplanes and music. James is survived by his wife, Rachel Post of Gray, GA; daughter, Joni Glover (Danny); grandchildren, Meredith Wilcher (Nathan) and Jake Glover (Megan); great grandchildren, Brayden and Brylee Glover brother, Douglas Sutton; sisters, Jerry Brooks (Charles) and Doris Everett.
