James E."Jim" Mclaughlin

James E. "Jim" McLaughlin, age 47, passed away Sunday, November 23, 2014 as the result of injuries suffered in an automobile crash. He lived in Warner Robins, Georgia and was employed by L.H. Thomson, a manufacturer of aerospace components and bicycle parts. Jim was born on August 20, 1967, in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, to John E. and Mary E. McLaughlin. He attended Loyalsock Township schools, graduating from Loyalsock Township High School in 1985. Jim was predeceased by his father, John, in 1984 and in 2006 by his mother, Mary, and in 2001 by Lisa D. Baker of Sanford, Florida. He is survived by siblings, Paula L. Bowser of Lake Mary, Florida, Susan M. Hamilton of Trout Run, Pennsylvania, Patrick T. McLaughlin of Shunk, Pennsylvania, Julie K. McDonald of Jacksonville, Florida, and Lainn Goddard. He also leaves nephews, Jonathon D. McLaughlin, Jeff Hamilton and Chad Hamilton; and nieces, Kristine Neal, Kathryn Duphily, Veronica Baker and Kirstin Baker. Jim will be interred in resurrection Cemetery in Montoursville, Pennsylvania with our parents and sister. No service has been planned. The family wishes to thank Jim's friends and co-workers from L.H. Thomson Co. who have been very helpful during this time.
