Jack William Whitley

Warner Robins,GA- Jack William Whitley, 55, of 106 Camellia Circle, died Monday, February 9, 2009. Services will be held Saturday, February 14, 2009 at 2:00PM in the Chapel of Hart's Mortuary, Cherry Street. The Reverend Paul Creech will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at Hart's Mortuary. Mr. Whitley was a musician, playing with his own band. He played the rhythm guitar and was the lead singer. Mr. Whitley loved the Lord. He was predeceased by his brother, Albert Franklin Whitley, Sr., and his parents, Albert and Gertrude Whitley. Mr. Whitley is survived by his wife, Sandra Whitley of Warner Robins, GA; children, Tammy Elaine Matthews of Waycross,GA, Tammy Jo Peace of Cochran, Brandon Curtis of Warner Robins, and KaSandra Benefield of Warner Robins; brother, Bobby Hallon Whitley (Lori) of Lizella; sisters, Linda Whitley McCay of Dry Branch and Brenda Whitley Godwin of Yatesville, GA; six grandchildren; many nieces and nephews that loved him dearly.
