Jack Thomas "Tommy" Beasley, Jr.

Bronwood, GA- Jack Thomas Beasley, Jr. "Tommy" died March 10, 2011. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2011 at 2:00PM at Riverside United Methodist Church with the Reverend Steve Waldrof officiating. The family will greet friends in the gathering space at the church following the funeral service. Tommy was born on February 29, 1956 and reared in Macon, Georgia, moving to Terrell County at the age of twenty and becoming an operator of farm equipment. He was an avid outdoorsman who liked hunting and fishing. He liked and cultivated flowers and befriended stray dogs and cats, feeding them and the birds. Tommy would gladly lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Tommy is survived by his mother, Irene "Penney" Beasley of Macon; brother, Sherman Beasley (Sandra) of Americus; aunts, Cecil Janet Duff of Americus and Barbara Howard (John) of Pavo; nephew, David Beasley (Lacey) of Columbus and numerous cousins.
