Jack Minette

Jack Minette, 17, of Macon, passed away Monday, November 8, 2021. Memorial services will be held at 4:00PM Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at Christ Church with the Reverend Cynthia Knapp officiating.  The family will greet friends following the service in the Great Hall of Christ Church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Jack’s memory to Stratford Academy, 6010 Peake Road, Macon, GA 31220 dedicated to a mental health program.

Jack was a senior at Stratford Academy where he played lacrosse, served on student government, and was a leading member of the Design Team.  As a member of Christ Church, he was an acolyte, a thurifer, and an active member of the youth group.

Jack is survived by his parents, Dr. Chris and Laurie Minette of Macon; sister, Ellie Minette of Macon; paternal grandparents, Dr. Lawrence and Iris Minette of Greenville, South Carolina; maternal grandparents, Tom and Ann Fuller of Greenville; aunts and uncles, Dr. Cherie Minette, Robin and Andy Ballentine, and Chad and Jamie Fuller, all of Greenville; great aunt, Sue Keith of Greenville; and cousins: Jude, Tyler, Will, Abby, Emily, Jake, and Grant.
