Isaac White

Isaac White, 86, of Gray, GA, was called home on Tuesday, August 17, 2021. A graveside service will be held Friday, August 20, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Cedar Ridge Cemetery with the Revered Bo Turner officiating. The family will greet friends Thursday, August 19, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Hart’s Mortuary, Jones County Chapel.

Son of the late Alonzo and Lilly Barnes White, Mr. White was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He was a member of Real Life Church. He retired from Armstrong Industries with 35 years of service. Mr. White was known for taking care of his garden on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

Mr. White was preceded in death by his sisters, Katie White and Ethel Evans, and brothers, Arthur Lee White Sr., and John White, Robert White Sr.

Mr. White is survived by his wife of 61 years, Lucile W. White of Gray; sons, Windsor Craig White of Gray and Juanze Keith White (Karena) of Charleston, South Carolina; daughter, Wendy Blow Stallworth and children of Miami, Florida; grandchildren, Paris, Brandon, Bryson, Oberziner, Marquis, and Ozell; 8 great grandchildren; sisters, Lilly Stewart of Gray, Annie Mae Roberts of Miami, Dollie Andrews of Macon, Rosa White of Gray, and Betty Jordan of Gray; and devoted family/friend, Angela Collins of Gray.
