Henry Talmadge Horne, 80, passed away Saturday, May 25, 2013. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 30, 2013, at 11AM, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 251 South Davis Drive, Warner Robins, GA. A Rosary will be said Wednesday, May 29, 2013, at 7PM, in the Chapel of Hart's Mortuary at the Cupola. Visitation will be held 2 hours prior to the Rosary. Burial will be in Plainfield Baptist Church Cemetery, 271 Plainfield Road, Plainfield, GA. at 2:00PM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church Building Fund. Mr. Horne was born October 18, 1932, in Eastman, GA. He grew up in Plainfield, GA and lived in Macon, GA for many years before moving to Warner Robins, GA 22 years ago. Mr. Horne was a graduate of Chester High School in Chester, GA and was a veteran of the United States Navy, serving in Japan. He retired from Robins Air Force Base after 27 years of service. Mr. Horne later worked as an Auto Salesman for Huckabee Buick and as the Business Manager for Cochran Motor Company. He enjoyed fishing and loved watching his beloved Atlanta Braves. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family. Mr. Horne was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Aline Horne Burch, his father Henry Herman Horne and his brother, Terrell Horne. Survivors: Daughter, Debbie (Wess) Davis; Son, Steve (Margo) Horne; Sister, Laverne (Gary) Wing; Sister, Valeria McMillan; Sister, Lynda Sue Stanovich; Sister, Jane (Leon) Nichols; Grandchildren, Jennifer Davis, Ashley Patterson, Clay Davis, Christopher Horne, Lauren Ruff, Brian Brockman; 5 great granddaughters, 3 great grandsons and his beloved friend, Pam Mitchell.
