Hazel Juanita Riley Crutchfield, 85, of Macon, Georgia passed away Friday, December 14, 2012. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Hart's Mortuary, Cherry Street. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 18, 2012 from 1:00 p.m. till service time in the funeral home. Born in Macon, She was the daughter of the late Clarence and Queenie Fann Riley. She was the widow of George Franklin Crutchfield Sr. She was a member of the Mabel White Memorial Baptist Church. She was predeceased by a daughter and son in law, Rita and Tommy Swearingane. She is survived by her children, Karon(Joe) Barrett of Byron, Georgia; Theresa(Steve) Alligood of Bonaire, Georgia; Melody(Terry) Messer of Acworth, Georgia; George Franklin (Letha) Crutchfield of Wichita Falls, Texas; Lynne(Mike) Wallace of Macon, Georgia. 13 Grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren; Sisters, Betty (Jack) Hendricks of Columbus, Georgia and Mitzi Long of Lizella, Georgia. Flowers will be accepted, but the family request memorials to the Shriners Hospital for Children, International Headquarters, 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, Florida 33607.
