Hazel Crosby Emilio

Hazel Crosby Emilio, 86, passed away Friday, December 11, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 10 o'clock on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at Christ Episcopal Church, 582 Walnut Street, Macon, GA 31201, with the Reverend Robert Ott and the Reverend Bryan Hinson officiating. Burial will be at Macon Memorial Park Cemetery following the service. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 15, 2015, from 5 o'clock until 7 o'clock at Hart's Mortuary, 765 Cherry Street, Macon, GA 31201. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Christ Episcopal Church, or Mount de Sales Academy, 851 Orange Street, Macon, GA 31201. Mrs. Emilio was preceded in death by Carlo Emilio, Jr., her husband of 63 years; her parents, Reuben Ulysses Crosby and Clyde Jarrell Crosby; her sons Dennis Scott Emilio and Derek Alan Emilio. She was a member of Christ Episcopal Church where she and Carl were married. She was retired from civil service at Robins Air Force Base Headquarters, Air Force Reserve. Mrs. Emilio is survived by her daughter Debra Emilio Wisdom (Michael) of Macon; son Darryl Emilio of Dublin; nine grandchildren, Marie Brown of Roswell, Melissa Brown of Macon, Melanie Brown of Macon, Matthew Emilio of Macon, Michelle Emilio Welch (Dustin) of Macon, Dakota Emilio of Marietta, John Emilio of Atlanta, Jennifer Smyth (Bryan) of Delaware, and Jeremy Wisdom of Locust Grove; and five great grandchildren.
