Hayden Michael Creamer

Hayden Michael Creamer, 17, passed away on Monday, May 18, 2026. A time for visitation will be held at Hart’s Mortuary, Jones County Chapel, on Sunday, May 24, 2026, from 3:00 – 5:00 PM. A Celebration of Life will be held at Gray Methodist Church on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, beginning at 5:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, his family would like to request that donations be made to Music Medix’s Memorial Fund or to the Jones County Animal Shelter.

Hayden Creamer was born in Macon, Georgia on April 30, 2009, to Michael Creamer and Tiffany Tyson Creamer. He attended Jones County High School, having just completed his junior year. He was a bright student who took great pride in his education. This year, he was recognized as a Georgia Merit Scholar, an honor bestowed upon the top 10% of eleventh grade students in the state. Hayden enjoyed computers and video games and hoped to study cyber security in college. While he was typically a homebody, Hayden recently began attending Gray Methodist Church and looked forward to time spent there with friends.

Hayden’s bright smile, humor, and kindness will be well remembered and missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. His family would like to extend their warmest gratitude to everyone who has and will continue to support them during this time. Hayden will always be remembered with love.

Hayden was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Allen Creamer and Gary Allen Tyson; as well as a cousin, Kaitlyn Alyssa Minter. He is survived by his parents, Michael Creamer and Tiffany Tyson Creamer; grandparents, Bonnie Creamer and Jonnie (Gary) Crane; his uncles, Jason (Coral) Creamer and Corey (Karissa) Crane; his aunts, Rebecca (John) Morgan; Colby O’Shea; and Leslie (Heath) Pollard; and one great-aunt, Debra Maynard. Additionally, his stepbrother, Drake Raymond; and his cousins, Emily Morgan; Jacob Creamer; Bexley Creamer; Michael Crane; Elizabeth Robinson; Madalyn Crane; Chance Pollard; Halley Pollard; Wyatt Smith; Cale Smith; and Piper Pridgen.
