Harvey Kaplan

Harvey Kaplan passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2015. Services will private. He was predeceased by his parents Richard M. Kaplan and Frances Poll Kaplan. Mr. Kaplan was retired from the United States Army and worked as a Regional Liability Administrator for GEICO Insurance Company. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Jeannie Bartlett of Gray, Georgia; four children, Scott Kaplan (Lisa) of Portland, Oregon, Craig Kaplan (Audrey) of Seattle, Washington, Katie Kaplan of Gray, Georgia and Rich Kaplan of Gray, Georgia; four grandchildren; and brother, Victor Kaplan of Hanover, New Hampshire.
