Harvey Al Brown

Harvey Al Brown III, 64, of Macon, died Saturday, December 24, 2011. Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at the chapel of Hart's at the Cupola with the Reverend Cile Mitchell officiating. Burial will be at the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Milledgeville. The family will greet friends Wednesday from 11:00AM to 1:00PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Methodist Home for Children and Youth, 304 Pierce Avenue, Macon, GA 31204. Born in Macon, Mr. Brown was a 1965 graduate of Willingham High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in Vietnam. Mr. Brown is survived by two sons, Chad Brown and Scott Brown (Becky), both of Macon; mother, Ann Brown of Macon; brother, Mike Brown (Twila) of Byron; three sisters, Janice Tomlinson (Jim) of Bogart, Darla Spooner (Stacey) of Barney, and Pam Gorman (David) of Warner Robins; six grandchildren, Taylor, McKenna, Dylan, Katelyn, Erin, and Sophie Brown; and numerous nieces and nephews.
