Hartley Neal Davis

Macon- Hartley Neal Davis, 57, of 2375 Vineville Avenue, died Monday, September 19, 2011. Mr. Davis was the son of the late Lewis Henry Davis and the late Isadore Powell Davis. He was predeceased by his brother and sister, Butch Davis and Patsy Davis. Mr. Davis was a member of Ingleside United Methodist Church. He was a free spirit who liked to fish. He loved his pets, his favorite dog, Breeze, and Ashley, Jake, Ida and Zeb, considering them his four legged children. Mr. Davis is survived by his beloved partner, Priscilla Kitchens; his son, Cameron Hartley Claxton and several cousins. Services will be held on Thursday, September 22, 2011 at 2:00PM at Ingleside United Methodist Church with the Reverends Richard Lanning and Josh Bizell officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. The family will greet friends on Thursday from 1:00PM until 2:00PM at the church. Register online at www.hartsmort.com.
