Harold Johnson

Harold Johnson, 78 of Conyers, Georgia passed away on Monday, January 7, 2019. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Hart’s Mortuary, Jones County Chapel, 307 Pecan Lane, Gray, Georgia 31032. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lynn Haven Health & Rehabilitation, 747 Monticello Highway, Gray, Georgia 31032.

Harold was the type of person who would do just about anything for anyone. He will be truly missed by his family and friends as he was loved by all. Harold had no enemies and made friends wherever he was.

Harold proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Berlin Crisis.

Harold was predeceased by his wife of 48 years, Catherine Joyce Goodman. Harold is survived by his daughter, Mary Alice (Scott) Brown of Gray, Georgia; son, David (Renee) Johnson of Jonesboro, Georgia; grandchildren, twins Magnum and Malcom White, Marcus White, Kandus Johnson, Hannah Goff; step-grandchildren, Brittany Claborn and Nicole Carter. He also leaves behind thirteen great grandchildren who loved and cherished him.
