Grace Carolyn Myers

Grace Carolyn Myers, affectionately known to many as Nonnie, passed away on October 23, 2025, at age 72. Born September 20, 1953, in Laurinburg, North Carolina, where she was raised and attended Scotland County High School.

Grace was a dedicated sister, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed cleaning houses, sitting on the porch, and spending time with family.

She is survived by her daughters, Rebecca (Marc) Thomas and Regina (Jim) Thompson; grandchildren, Tyler (Ashleigh) Thomas, JT Thomas, Mackensie Thomas, Caitlin (Parker) Wynn, Coleman (Emily) Thompson, and Caroline Thompson; great-grandchildren, Hope Thompson and Ryder Chaffin; sister, Doris (Everette) Guinn; brother, Kenny (Hirra) Dunn; sister, Janet Bruggman; many nieces and nephews; and friend, Dewayne Jernigan.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Earl Myers; parents, Grady and Mary Dunn; and siblings, Ernest Dunn, Thomas Dunn, and Libby Dunn.
