Glynn Arthur Bailey passed away on August 22, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at the Hart's Mortuary, Jones County Chapel, 307 Pecan Lane, Gray, GA 31032. Visitation will immediately follow. Mr. Bailey is predeceased by his father, Graham Edwin Bailey; wife, Carol Ann Volk; brother, Daniel Bailey; and sister, Anita Stanhope. He had served as a Deputy Sheriff on the Jones County Sheriff Department and loved antique cars, trucks and especially hot rods. He also loved his 1956 Chevrolet. He is survived by his sons, Graham Bailey of Clinton, South Carolina and Nicholas Bailey of Macon, Georgia; mother, Laverne Bailey of Macon, Georgia; brother, Stephen Bailey (Terri) of Douglas, Georgia; sister-in-law, Donna Bailey of Jones County, Georgia; and many nieces and nephews.
