Glenice Glawson Wright

Marietta-Glenice Glawson Wright, 83, died Saturday, June 4, 2011. A memorial service will be held at 10:00AM on Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at Johnson Ferry Baptist Church in Marietta with funeral services following at 3:00PM at Bradley Baptist Church in Bradley with the Reverend Steve Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Bradley Baptist Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to MUST Ministries, 1407 Cobb Parkway, Marietta, Georgia 30062. Mrs. Wright was a charter member of Johnson Ferry Baptist Church and a former member of Bradley Baptist Church. She was the widow of Earnest Isadore Wright. She was the daughter of the late William Claude Glawson and the late Martha Etta Monsees Wright. Survivors include her son, Ernie Wright (Pam) of Newborn, Georgia; daughters, Melanie Hobert (Don) of Tallapoosa, Georgia and Deborah Beasley (Dr. John) of Old Smar, Florida; seven grandchildren, Brian Wright of Aurora, Oregon, Jacob Wright of Newborn, Georgia, Sam Wright of Newborn, Matt Hobert of Tallapoosa, Dylan Hobert of Tallapoosa, Ashley Forlizzo of Old Smar, Florida, and Carley Forlizzo of Honolulu, Hawaii; brother, Buddy Glawson of Macon; and sister, Meg Benoit of Macon.
