Geraldine "Gerry" Lucille Baldschun

September 23, 1925 — March 11, 2018

Geraldine (Gerry) Lucille Baldschun went home to be with her Lord Sunday, March 11, 2018 at Coliseum Northside Hospital after a brief illness. Gerry was the cherished wife of her husband Neal Baldschun for seventy-two years. She was a retired employee of the Bibb County Board of Education and homemaker. Gerry was the beloved mother of two sons, Lynn and Kent Baldschun, and one daughter, Josie Bumgarner. In addition, she is survived by three sisters: Carol White of Ocala, FL., Shirley Dysart of Lexina, KS, and Barbara Stancoff of Witchita, KS. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and many more great and great-great grandchildren. Gerry's family will be receiving friends in the old social hall of Ingleside Baptist Church, 834 Wimbish Road, Macon, GA 31210 on Sunday, March 18, 2018 at 2:00PM with a memorial service following. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations, in memory of Gerry, be made to Georgia Libraries for Accessible Statewide Services (GLASS). www.georgialibraries.org/glass/donate/.
