Gerald Neal

Macon-Gerald Neal went to be with our heavenly Father Friday, August 28, 2009. Services will be held 3:00PM on Sunday, August 30, 2009 at Hart's at the Cupola, 6324 Peake Road, with the Reverend Kevin Mills and the Reverend Jack Gregory officiating. Visitation will be between 5:00-7:00PM on Saturday, August 29, 2009 at the Cupola. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Northway Church, 5915 Zebulon Road, Macon GA 31210.

Mr. Neal was born in Columbus, GA to the late William Thomas Neal, Sr. and the late Katherine Mae Underwood Neal. He attended Northway Church and retired from National Distributing Co. as a managing director.

Survivors include his wife, Kay Neal of Macon; daughters, Diane Neal Whitehurst (Toby) of Columbus, Melinda Neal of Macon, Janet Neal Morgan (Mark) of Columbus, and Tammy Neal O'Nan (Brandon) of Macon; eleven grandchildren, Natalie Whitehurst, Chelsea Whitehurst, Olivia Whitehurst, Preston Whitehurst, Mallory Jones, Melinda Kay Jones, Brandon Morgan, Ty Morgan, David Moring, Casey Moring, and Callie Moring; brothers, William Thomas Neal, Jr., Haywood Neal, Edward Neal, and Clyde Wood; sister, Joann Garrett; many nieces and nephews.
