George Dole Wadley

George Dole Wadley, 61, of Macon, died Friday, July 17, 2020.  Graveside services will be held at 10:00AM on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at Wadley Cemetery in Bolingbroke.

Dole was a 1979 graduate of Central High School. Following high school, he attended carpentry school at Macon Tech. He worked for Chichesters for over 40 years. For the past 5 years, he worked for his brother at Dr. John’s Veterinary Clinic.  Dole loved gardening and fishing.  He was the son of the late John E. and Jane Thurston Wadley.

Dole is survived by his brother, John E. Wadley, Jr. Of Juliette; sister, Beverly Jane Wadley Mickle (Jim) of Bolingbroke; brother, William O. “WillieO” Wadley (Debra) of Milledgeville; and his nephew, James Everingham Mickle of Bolingbroke.

Hart’s Mortuary and Cremation Center at the Cupola has charge of arrangements.
