Geneva Bell Bryant

Macon- Geneva Bell Bryant, of Macon, passed away Saturday December 25, 2010. Funeral services will be held Wednesday December 29, 2010, at 2:00PM in Hart's Cherry Street chapel. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery entering through the main gate. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to the Sweet Georgia Sound Chorus, c/o Treasurer, Carole Hodges, 5047 Wesleyan Circle, Macon, GA 31210. Mrs. Bryant spent most of her professional career as a Corporate Secretary at Liberty Federal Bank. She was a member of Cross Keys United Methodist Church. Mrs. Bryant enjoyed singing and was a member of the Sweet Adelines International Middle Georgia Chapter and the Sweet Georgia Sound Quartet. She was preceded in death by her brothers, W.E. "Ellis" Bell and Olen Ray Bell. Survivors: Husband, J. Dennis Bryant of Macon, GA; Sister, Odessa (James) Day of Toomsboro, GA; Sister in law, Sarah Allen Bell of Hardwick, GA and several nieces and nephews. Register online at www.hartsmort.com.
