Fred Wallace Blume Jr

Fred Wallace Blume, Jr., of Jones County, passed away Monday, July 30, 2018. A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 4, 2018, from 10 AM until 12 PM, in Hart’s Jones County Chapel. Services and burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at www.stjude.org. The family would also like to invite anyone that is able to ride their motorcycle to the service and park in the reserved section to honor Mr. Blume.

Mr. Blume was a graduate of Cross Keys Christian Academy in Macon and was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He loved traveling and working with his hands. Mr. Blume loved Native American Heritage and had a passion for Harley Davidson Motorcycles. He is now with his son, Cody Blume, who preceded him in death. Mr. Blume was also preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Patricia Blume.

Survivors: Daughter, Morgan Blume, of Macon; Son, Dalton Blume, of Macon; Son, Dylan Blume, of Forsyth; Sister, Terry (Rand) Blanks of Gray; Sister, Sherry Blume, of Macon; Aunt, Tootsie Deloris (Stanley) Dixon, of Gray, and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
