Floyd S. Dye

Floyd S. Dye, 84, of Macon, Georgia died Monday, February 20, 2017. Graveside services will be held on Friday, February 24, 2017 at 1:00PM at Bethany Church Cemetery, Cochran, Georgia with the Reverend Phillip Stancil officiating. The family will greet friends on Thursday from 5:00PM until 7:00PM at Hart's Mortuary, 765 Cherry Street, Macon, Georgia. Mr. Dye was retired from Robins Air Force Base after 36 years of service and from K-Mart after 25 years of service. He was a member of the Rutland Masonic Lodge. Mr. Dye was predeceased by his son, Ricky Dye. Mr. Dye is survived by his daughter, Phyllis Dye Norwood (Greg) of Eatonton, Georgia; grandson, Justin Nunalee (Tara) of Macon; granddaughter, LaMaya Norwood of Eatonton, Georgia; great-grandson on the way, Jeremy Nunalee; sister, Connie Massey of Macon and brother, Vester Dye (Maxine) of Tallahassee, Florida.
