Mrs. Poe was born on 7/1/1911 in Rushville, Indiana to Ruby Willis and John Lamont Richardson. Mrs. Poe enjoyed playing golf and bridge with the same group of women for over 60 years until moving to Macon in 1999 where she still enjoyed bridge each Wednesday with card sharks at the Wellness Center.
