Faye Ann Boggs

Faye Ann Boggs passed away Sunday, January 12, 2025. The family thanks Sacred Journey Hospice for their caring support during her battle with cancer.

Faye was a hard worker, owning a house cleaning service for 50 years. She was loved by the many clients she served over the years, including many residents at The Gables in Macon. Faye loved life! She was always gardening and loved plants and flowers! Faye loved flying kites, picking up shells, and watching the sun rise and set on the beach. She and her late husband, Johnny Boggs spent many years deep sea fishing with their life-long friends. They raised cattle and enjoyed working on their 150-acre property.

Faye is preceded in death by her husband of 28 years, Johnny Boggs; son, Brent Williamson; and sister, Bobbie Thistlewood.  She is survived by her sons, Will Battle (Leslie) of Milledgeville, Georgia and Ashley Battle (Greg) of Juliette, Georgia; and sisters: Johnnie Benson (Buzz) of Edisto, South Carolina, Melba Harper (Hank) of Villa Rica, Georgia, Phyllis McDaniel (Glynn) of Gray, Georgia, Laura Bates of Roberta, Georgia, and Betsy Smith (Johnny) of Byron, Georgia.

A Celebration of Life will be held at starting at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at 833 Hopewell Rd. W., Musella, GA 31066.
