Evelyn I. Chafin

Evelyn I. Chafin, 68, passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2016. Memorial services will be held at 2:00PM on Sunday, October 23, 2016 in the chapel of Hart's at the Cupola, 6324 Peake Road, with Dr. Charles Michael Blizzard officiating. Family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the Cupola. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cornerstone Baptist Church, PO Box 26489, Macon, Georgia 31221. Ms. Chafin worked at Robins Air Force Base for 38 years. She was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church. Survivors include her brother, Wally Chafin (Mary) of Macon; niece, Emily Gutierrez (Raymond) of Warner Robins; nephew, Chris Chafin (Heather) of Crestview, Florida; many more family and friends; and her canine companion, Buster.
