Ethel Whitaker Stanley, 3969 Jeffersonville Road, died Thursday, June 20, 2013. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 804 Cherry Street, Macon, Georgia 31201 or Hospice Care Options, 486 New Street, Macon, Georgia 31201. Mrs. Stanley was a member of Greenwood Baptist Church. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph B. Stanley, two sisters and five brothers. Mrs. Stanley is survived by her children, Jeff Stanley of Gray, Judy McIntyre of Warner Robins and Jut Stanley of Macon; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; sisters, Doris Jackson of Vero Beach, Florida and Athay Batay of Vidalia, Georgia.
