Ethel Lenora Haralson

Ethel Lenora Haralson, 100, died Monday, May 13, 2013. Family will greet friends from 5:00-6:00PM on Thursday, May 16, 2013 at Hart's at the Cupola, 6324 Peake Road. Funeral services will follow at 6:00PM. Burial will be private in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Haralson was well known as "Miss Ethel". She poured iced tea at the Bears Den Restaurant until she retired at age 92. She was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. Mrs. Haralson was the widow of Jesse Cleveland Haralson. Born in Reynolds, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Lewis and Bertha Shinholster Payne. Mrs. Haralson is survived by her three daughters, Dorothy Warren (Herbert), Lula Floyd (Johnny) and Betty Marshall (Jimmy); six grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and eleven great great grandchildren.
