Macon- Ernest E. Fielder, 75, of 326 River North Boulevard, peacefully entered into rest on Friday, June 11, 2010, following a long battle with heart disease. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, June 15, 2010, at 11:00AM in the Chapel of Hart's Mortuary, Cherry Street, with Dr. John Brown, Jr. officiating. The family will greet friends at Hart's Mortuary after the service. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the American Heart Association, P. O. Box 409410, Atlanta, GA 30384 or to American Diabetes Association, P. O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312. Mr. Fielder was the son of the late Edgar Dupree Fielder and the late Sarah Louise Sikes Fielder and was preceded in death by his brothers, David, Kenneth and Jimmy Fielder. He was the owner and operator of Fielder Enterprises for more than thirty-five years and was retired from Robins Air Force Base. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving in the Korean Conflict. An avid outdoorsman, Mr. Fielder loved fishing and hunting. He was a loving brother, husband, father and grandfather. Mr. Fielder is survived by his wife of thirty-seven years, Renee Watson Fielder; son, Keith Fielder (Rose Anne) of Eatonton; daughter, Candace Fielder Prince (Art) of Macon; granddaughter, Madison Prince of Macon; grandson, Chris Dorn of Atlanta; sister, Eleanor G.
