Elizabeth M. "Betty" Davis

Elizabeth M. "Betty" Davis passed peacefully on 04/01/17 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Jasper County, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late William Kitchens and Nina Chaffin. Her life included many occupations, people, and adventures. She was always the center of attention, the life of the party, a consummate storyteller, and instigator of fun. Her hobbies included creating unique memories for her loved ones and always trying to top her last one. She leaves behind a legacy of selfless giving, countless smiles, unending love, and a wealth of laughter. She is, and will always be, greatly loved and missed. She is preceded in death by her son, Mike Harbin, and her sister, Patty Shores. Betty's memory will forever be treasured by her loving husband, Ernest Davis; daughter, Lisa Hester (Kevin) of Macon, GA; son, Keith Harbin; brother, Tee Kitchens (Molly) of Huntsville, AL; five grandchildren, Robert Harbin (Missy) of Monticello, Matthew Davis (Kristina) of Byron, Logan Mann of Macon, Kaelyn Hester of Macon, and Riley Hester of Macon; one great grandson, Mikey Harbin of Monticello; and several nieces and nephews. Hart's Mortuary in Macon, GA has charge of the arrangements.
