Edna Crowe Greene was born January 23, 1924 to Leonia and Randall H. Crowe. She died of complications of Alzheimer's Disease on November 29, 2015. Mrs. Greene graduated from Danielsville High School and Toccoa Falls Institute. She enjoyed her Sunday School class, golf, bridge, travel and spending time with family and friends. She was a member of Ingleside Baptist Church, Bowden Ladies' Golf Association and Idle Hour Ladies' Golf Association. Mrs. Greene was predeceased by her husband of 59 years, Lee R. Greene, Jr., as well as two brothers, R. H. Crowe, Jr. and Ray Crowe. She is survived by her sister, Jessie C. Youngblood, and her brother, Jimmy Crowe and his wife Linda, her sister-in-law Gladys Crowe, as well as her daughter, Sandra Blalock, her son, Buddy Greene and his wife Vicki, her son, Chip Greene and his wife Susie, and her stepdaughter, Dale Wybrow and her husband Patrick. She also has eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. The family wishes to thank the staff at Harrington House for all of the loving care given to Mrs. Greene. There will be a service in the chapel of Ingleside Baptist Church on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with a graveside service at Macon Memorial Park following. The family will greet visitors beginning an hour before the service.
