Dozier Lee McCrea

Dozier Lee McCrea, 70, of Warner Robins, passed away on Monday, August 24, 2026. Funeral services will be held at Union Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Warner Robins, 809 S Davis Dr, Warner Robins, GA 31088, on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, beginning at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens with the United States Army presenting honors.

Born August 4,1956, Dozier was raised on a farm in Kingstree, South Carolina by Eddie and Elizabeth McCrae Cunningham. He led a life dedicated to duty and honor. Enlisting into the United States Army, he later retired with more than two decades of noble service.

Dozier is survived by his wife, Kathryn McCrea; children, Shelton Finch of Durham, North Carolina, Techelle McCrae of Lynchburg, Virginia, and Cedric Logan (Aeriel) of Warner Robins; and seven grandchildren. In addition, he is survived by his sisters, Florence Bass (Melvin) of Graham, North Carolina, Jean Boyd (Charlie) of Durham, North Carolina; and brother, A. B. Cunningham (Sandra) of Durham, North Carolina.
