Donnie "Bubba" Mccay, Jr.

Donnie "Bubba" McCay, Jr., 46 of Dry Branch, Georgia passed away on January 19, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM, Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Hart's Mortuary, Jones County Chapel with the Reverend Tim Thomas officiating. Burial will follow the service at the McCay Family Cemetery in Twiggs County. The family will greet friends on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 from 6:00PM-8:00PM at Hart's, Jones County Chapel. Bubba was an avid outdoorsman that loved arrowhead hunting. He operated Donnie's Deer Processing in Twiggs County and was an excellent handyman. Bubba is the son of the late Donnie Edgar McCay, Sr. Bubba is survived by his mother, Linda Whitley McCay of Dry Branch; his wife, DeAnna McCay of Dry Branch; 7 children, Tori McCay of Atlanta, Hunter McCay of Warner Robins, Ridge McCay of Warner Robins, Savannah McCay of Ft. Valley, Ashley Eubanks (Craig) of Milledgeville, Jessica Lamb of Milledgeville, and Halie Shaffer (Anthony) of Milledgeville; 7 grandchildren, Will Weaver, Kylee Lamb, Preston Eubanks, Lofton Binion, Bentley Binion, Lathan Binion, and Katherine Shaffer; 2 sisters, Lori Findlay (Mark) of Haddock and Jennifer McCay of Gray; 7 nieces, Morgan Comer, Alexis Woods, Autumn Griffith, Madie Findlay, Ansley Griffith, Joni Thomas, and Mollie Findlay.
