Macon - Donnie J. Johnson died Saturday, October 16, 2010 after an extended illness. Graveside services will be held in Middle Georgia Memory Gardens on Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at 2:00 PM. The Family will receive friends on Monday October 18, 2010 at Hart's Mortuary on Cherry Street from 7:00PM to 9:00PM. Mr. Johnson was retired from Hitchcock Corporation. He was preceded in death by his parents; Jess Paul Johnson and Ruth Davis Johnson. Survivors include his sister, Linda Pitts of Macon, GA: his brother Johnny Johnson of Byron, GA; nephews, Johnny Johnson Jr. (Amber) of Macon, Dale Pitts (Sara) of OK and niece Tara Upchurch (Steve) of Byron. Hart's Mortuary and Crematory on Cherry Street has charge of the arrangements.
