Donnie Lynn Davidson

Donnie Lynn Davidson, 69, of Macon, Georgia, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Saturday, February 14, 2026. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at Martha Bowman Church. The family will greet friends one hour prior.

Son of the late Roy and Nell Davidson, Donnie was born in Macon on June 22, 1956. He owned American Lighting and Design for 45 years and was an active member of Martha Bowman Methodist Church.

Donnie is survived by his wife of 52 years, Nancy M. Davidson of Macon; sons, Brian Douglas Davidson (Laura) of Macon, and Kale Chappell Davidson (Cathay) of Annville, Kentucky; grandchildren: Kade Douglas Davidson, Karly Jaymes Davidson, and Dexter Chappell Davidson; brother, Roy Earl Davidson of Macon; sister, Kathy Cook of Butler, Georgia; and twin brother, Ronnie Glynn Davidson (Cintia) of Macon; and several nieces and nephews.
